The Vision Behind Precision: Meet Andrew, Our Founder

Every company has a story—and ours starts with one man, a truck, a few tools, and a relentless drive to do things differently.

Andrew, the founder of Precision Fiber Solutions, didn’t just want to build another fiber optic company. He wanted to create something meaningful. From day one, his mission was clear: build a company with real culture—where people feel valued, seen, and proud of the work they do.

“I wanted to start a company where someone could show up and not feel like just another number... where they’d be paid well and recognized for their hard work.”

This vision was ignited and supported by someone who believed in him early on—Cassondra, his girlfriend at the time and now his wife. She saw his potential and the passion he had for delivering for customers. With her support and a burning desire to do things the right way, Andrew launched Precision Fiber Solutions in 2016.

What started as a solo fiber splicing operation has grown into a full-scale communications contractor, offering everything from directional boring and aerial construction to emergency restorations and full city builds. But no matter how big the company gets, Andrew never lets go of the core values that started it all: family, accountability, quality, and respect.

Today, Andrew continues to lead from the front—building a team that believes in the mission and proving that hard work, when paired with heart, always wins.
